Ao acaso li o seguinte no jornal “The times Recorder” do Ohio, do dia 11 de Dezembro de 1948.
“During the sharp debate leading to adoption (Universal Declaration of Human Rights) Andrei Y. Vishinsky, soviet deputy foreign minister, charged it was the leaders of the West – not Hitler – who share the chief blame for the second world war.
“The cause of the second world war”, he said, “is not so much Hitler, but the leaders of France and Britain, supported by the USA.”
